Private AI for business
Private AI for business means your company uses chat, a knowledge base, document processing and an API without the data leaving your control: on hardware you own or your service provider runs, under your rules.
When does it pay off?
If your team asks an AI something a few times a week, a public subscription is cheaper. Private AI pays off when at least one of these is true:
- You hold data you would never paste into a public chatbot: client records, contracts, patient or financial data.
- One document-heavy, repetitive workflow is quietly consuming a full-time person.
- You already run servers, or you have a service provider who does, and you want AI to run there too.
- You are an SME or a corporate team with a budget, and you make the call.
- Your data has to stay in the EU, or in the building.
The three ways private AI is sold
-
Buy the box
A one-off capital outlay for an AI workstation with a local model runner. After that, patching, backups and hardware failures are yours. No monthly fee, but someone still operates it in year two.
-
Have it installed
A setup fee plus a monthly fee for the remote maintenance of a server you own. The machine and the risk stay with you, and there is no redundancy behind it. Ask what stands behind the availability promise.
-
License a platform
A packaged platform on your own servers or at your service provider. It covers everything from loading the first model to releasing an app. The vendor delivers the software, the migration and third-line support; your people or your provider run it. This is ATAILA.
What you get from ATAILA
ATAILA is the third way: software you install on your own servers, or your service provider installs for you. It does so in six capabilities, which the platform page describes one by one.
It is licensed as ATAILA Enterprise for one organisation, or as ATAILA Service Provider for a provider serving its own customers. Priced per CPU socket, not per user or token. Everything you build with it is yours.
