ATAILA intends to become the primary software vendor for European service providers who run their own cloud: the multi-tenant platform in your datacentre, under your brand, as an auditable product, designed to run without the internet — and comparable to the hyperscalers for the services 90% of workloads use.
Why this exists
A gap Microsoft opened in 2014 and nobody closed.
In December 2013 Microsoft launched the Cloud OS Network: Windows Server, System Center and Windows Azure Pack, licensed through SPLA. A service provider could give its customers the Azure experience in its own datacentre — self-service virtual machines, web sites, SQL databases. ATAILA's founder deployed it for the largest providers in Central and Eastern Europe.
Then Azure arrived and service providers became competitors. They never got a stack as good as Azure again: Azure Stack Hub and Azure Local are Azure-attached products with a licence tax on every workload, open source included. VMware's partner programme went the same way under Broadcom. OpenStack is the open answer, and it is complicated enough to need a vendor.
ATAILA fills that gap. We are building the software a European service provider needs to run a cloud its customers cannot tell apart from a hyperscaler's — for the services 90% of workloads use — on hardware it chooses, under its own brand, as an auditable product. We run the same software ourselves, in our own datacentre, and we show it working in our Executive Briefing Center before anyone buys it. This is aligned with Europe's push for digital sovereignty: control of data, compute, AI and digital services, without a foreign control plane.

Managed databases per project and per environment, backed up and kept current — including Microsoft SQL Server where a customer needs it.

S3-compatible object storage and file shares, with backups over both.

Static sites and full-stack applications under one domain and one release, and hosting for classic Windows applications.
The project factory
One step creates a complete environment with a governed path from development to production, in which nobody's AI touches production unreviewed.
VDI
Cloud workstations per developer, Windows or Linux, connected to the tenant's own environments.
Private AI
Assistants and models running on GPUs in your own datacentre, metered per tenant so you can bill for them.
Identity, monitoring, backup
Single sign-on, monitoring, backup and a security overview — the operations layer, inventoried in one portal.
How it is licensed
Priced like infrastructure, not like a tax. Owned like software you wrote yourself.
Per CPU, never per workload
A flat subscription per physical CPU per year. No per-VM, per-core or per-workload tax on anything you run — Windows, Linux or open source.
Auditable, and it runs without us
A packaged, auditable product under a commercial licence with an exit guarantee: the logs run into your own systems, telemetry is minimal and contractual, and nothing about running it depends on us. If ATAILA disappeared tomorrow, you would still be running.
Designed to run air-gapped
No telemetry, no phone-home, no licence server, no internet required to operate. Everything the platform needs to run lives inside it.
White-label

Your team operates; ATAILA stays behind you with updates, security fixes and third-line support.
Hybrid: AWS first
We are building our first hybrid on a real customer case: agents developed in the cloud, inference kept on your own hardware, and the platform choosing which model answers and where it runs for each use case — on sensitivity, cost, latency and data residency — with one view over both sides. Other clouds follow on the roadmap, each when a customer asks or a vendor commits. Always optional, never a dependency.
Quoted per estate
There is no public price list for a service-provider platform. A written offer follows a free assessment of your estate.
Built on open source. Run by us first.
Underneath it is open source, with a deliberate bias toward European projects and foundations. That is what makes independence real rather than rhetorical: no foreign vendor can switch you off, meter you, or end your support date. The hardware is commodity and multi-sourced, so you are not tied to a badge there either.
We eat our own dog food. The same software runs ATAILA Cloud, this website, our customers' production systems and the datacentre we are building as an Executive Briefing Center and R&D shop. The platform is tested against real operational requirements, not developed as a theoretical alternative.
